A while back, a gentleman called David Gonzalez contacted me and asked if he could have a go at creating a Zbrush version of my 'Judge Dredd versus Judge Death' commission picture. I've made Boston Brand's head a little smaller on the right hand side duplicate sketch. Looks better to me. I think I may have made 'White Tack Man's' model head too large in the first place. Where's my scalpel and sandpaper? "NO, MASTER, DON'T DO IT, I BEG YOU, PLEASE, NO, NOOOAAAARGH!!!"

...Okay, so Mr. Plasticine still has a hand and part of his left leg missing, but he was still useful for drawing these figures which feature in a new Dredd strip I'm currently working on. Some comic artists can draw pretty damn good figures without using any kind of reference, but sadly I'm not one of them. As I didn't sculpt Mr. P's head, can anyone recognize where I purloined it from?

Thought it was about time I posted up something new. As Pete Wells has already mentioned (in the 'comments' below), this commisson is a wedding anniversary present for the shifty looking perp on the right of the picture, from his sassy partner (in crime.) Since their initial arrest Dredd has increased their sentence to "A lifetime together". That'll teach 'em. Boy, that Judge is harsh.
